After sitting with Elizabeth and her assistant Brittany to review our policies, we not only walked away with better coverage for less premium, but Brittany discovered an error made by our previous agent where we were not receiving a multi-car discount on one of our vehicles. This resulted in a reduced rate for the car, but also a substantial retroactive credit. We're feeling great about our new agent and her staff."
